Managing the construction of a major bridge and approach roads (length 1400m cost US$100m) under FIDIC contract, selection of consultant for another bridge (length 1300m cost US$ 100m) through international competitive bidding, preparation of contract documents for selection of consultants and contractor for a third bridge similar length.

  • Responsible for selection of international construction supervision consultants and contractor followed by supervising the construction of Shitalakhya Bridge funded by Saudi Fund for Development (SFD).
  • Responsible for administering the contract of Dapdapia Bridge construction project funded by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) under FIDIC contract.
  • Prepared Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for selection of consultant following SFD guidelines and evaluated the proposals as a key member of Proposal Evaluation Committee (PEC)
  • Prepared Pre-Qualification (PQ) documents and bidding documents for the bridge construction work
  • Prepared Development Project Proposal (DPP) and appraisal report for the construction of Labukhali Bridge a follow up project under KFAED finance
